With over 20 years of experience in financial services marketing, Matt is also the lead instructor of the Teamwork Movement, the practice management framework he helped evolve into a scalable system used by advisory firms nationwide. His approach to both marketing and team building is rooted in relationship-first thinking, backed by data and built for measurable results.

Rob LaCivita | Head of Advisor Success, Prosperity Capital Advisors
Rob LaCivita leads advisor success at Prosperity Capital Advisors, overseeing integration, onboarding, and the events team that brings the Prosperity community together. With more than 20 years of experience across financial services and real estate, he is also one of the lead trainers of the Teamwork Movement, working directly with advisory firms to implement the career path, compensation, and accountability frameworks that help teams scale with purpose. Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in finance from Miami University and a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University College of Law, a combination that gives him a grounded, practical lens on both planning strategy and firm operations.
